Instructions for Booking and Attending Events

Please follow these simple instructions to book your seat and participate in our workshops and seminars.
1. Browse Events
Visit our Upcoming Events section to explore available online and offline workshops and seminars.
Read the event details carefully, including date, time, mode (online/offline), venue, and topic.
2. Book Your Ticket

Select your preferred event and click on the Book Now button.

Fill in your correct details including name, email, phone number, and college name.

Complete your payment securely through our online porta
3. Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and ticket details.

For online events, joining instructions and links will be shared via email before the event.

For offline events, carry a copy of your ticket (digital or printed) to the venue.
4. On the Event Day

Join on time as per the event schedule.

For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and access through a laptop or mobile device.

For offline sessions, reach the venue at least 15 minutes before the start time
5. Certification
Attend the full session to qualify for the certificate of participation.
Certificates will be emailed within 7 working days after the event.
6. General Guidelines

Maintain professional behavior during sessions.

Follow the instructions of speakers and coordinators during the event.

Respect session privacy — do not record or share content without permission.
